Back in gear again after disaster week! I’m doing week 3 over, so yesterday it was Core Syn and today it’s cardio day. I’m really sore again..imagine that! Feels good to be back in the groove again.
I forgot to wear my monitor yesterday, so I’ll start posting stats again later today or tomorrow.

I too did the Core Syn today. Each week I forget how hard it is. I think it is more of a cardio workout than Tony’s cardio workout. I modified superman/banana so I could really focus on tightening my abs and having good form. I even did some real push ups. Not getting as deep as I wanted, but it wasn’t killing my back like it has in the past. I was whipped afterwards. I just wanted to go back to bed. After three weeks I am down 5 pounds. Yea!!!
