Day 16 and 17 ~ Pressing Rewind

Okay friends, this week is a wash and now I’m leaving town for a few days. When I return on Sunday, I’ll be repeating week 3 and raring to go!

See you on Monday!

  1. Did you do core work today? I started off Week 4 with Yoga. I skipped my day off and jumped head first into downward dog this morning. My motivation is that I can do Stretch X on Thanksgiving morning. I will be on my feet most of the day, so that will be a welcome work out.
    Doing yoga has given me new found respect for the die hard yogis. It is making me stronger and more flexible. I don’t really like it yet, but it is getting more manageable and my wrists don’t hurt like they did before. Still not thrilled about having to do it twice this week. My favorite move – corpse. I could do that all day! :)

  2. Yes I did! Today is day 2, so it’s cardio day. You know the drill :-)
